Terms of Service
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (the Terms) form a binding agreement between you and wildandev.tech (the Operator, we, us) covering your use of the SentinelX licence portal (the Portal) and your purchase and use of licences for the SentinelX protection daemon (the Software). By creating an order, activating a voucher, or using the Software, you accept these Terms.
Where these Terms conflict with the separate Licence Agreement, the Licence Agreement governs the licence grant itself, and these Terms govern everything else.
2. Definitions
- Node means a single physical or virtual server on which the Software is installed and runs.
- Voucher means a licence code in the format
SNTX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXissued by the Operator. - Term means the period of validity recorded for a Voucher on the Portal, beginning when the Voucher is issued.
- Activation means the process by which the Software validates a Voucher against the Portal and binds that Voucher to a Node.
- Machine Fingerprint means the value the Software derives from the operating system machine identifier, a network interface address and the hostname of a Node.
- Customer Data means anything stored in your panel, your server volumes, or your database.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your Portal account, for keeping operator credentials confidential, and for notifying us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. We may suspend operator access where we reasonably believe an account has been used unlawfully, is being resold, or presents a security risk to the Portal.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude any taxes or duties that may apply in your jurisdiction, unless we state otherwise. An order is accepted when the Operator confirms it in writing or issues the corresponding Voucher. Payment must be received before a Voucher is issued.
We may correct obvious pricing errors before issuing a Voucher. Where a price is published in error and you have already paid, your remedy is limited to the Refund Policy.
5. Licence grant
On payment and issue, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and run the Software on Nodes up to the binding limit recorded for your Voucher, for the duration of the Term. The full terms of that grant, including activation mechanics and the node-binding rules, are in the Licence Agreement, which is incorporated here by reference.
6. Restrictions
You must not, and must not permit anyone to:
- copy, publish, sub-licence, sell, rent, lease, lend or otherwise distribute the Software or any Voucher, except to your own employees or contractors operating Nodes on your behalf;
- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or derive the source code of the Software, except to the extent that this restriction is prohibited by law;
- remove, obscure or alter any licence validation, signature check, or self-protection mechanism in the Software;
- resell access to the Portal, or provide the Software as part of a managed service or hosting product offered to third parties without a written agreement;
- use the Software to interfere with, or gain unauthorised access to, any system, network or data not under your control;
- use the Software in breach of applicable law or in the manner described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the security and lawful operation of your Nodes, for the content of Customer Data, for keeping backups, and for complying with the laws that apply to your hosting activity. The Software is a defensive tool that acts on your host: it may suspend game servers, delete files it classifies as malicious, and manage firewall rules. You are responsible for reviewing those behaviours against your own policies before relying on it in production.
8. Availability and support
We aim for high availability of the licence validation service but provide no uptime commitment for it, and no service level agreement is granted by these Terms. Because validation is required for the Software to keep running past its current revalidation window, you should not deploy it as the only control protecting a production panel.
Support is provided on a best-effort basis through the contact form. We do not warrant that support will be available within any particular time.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated, the Software and the Portal are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will detect any particular threat, that it will prevent any particular loss, or that its detection heuristics are free of false positives or false negatives. A protection tool is a control, not a guarantee.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, customers or goodwill, arising out of these Terms or the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms, and any Voucher you purchase, is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Voucher giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, in which case the limitation applies only to the extent permitted.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator against any claim, demand, loss or expense arising from your use of the Software in breach of these Terms, your breach of applicable law, or your operation of an unhostile network. Where legally permitted, this indemnity survives termination of these Terms.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your Portal access or Voucher if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if a payment is reversed or charged back, or if we are required to do so by law. Where the situation allows, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. Termination does not affect accrued rights. Upon termination the licence grant ends and the Software stops validating at the Node's next revalidation.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Portal with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Portal or the Software after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the Software and may request a refund of the unused portion of the Term under the Refund Policy.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, excluding its conflict of laws rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, although nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any appropriate jurisdiction. If your order includes a different governing law or venue, that order prevails for that purchase.
15. General
These Terms, together with the Licence Agreement, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, are the entire agreement between us on their subject matter. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest continues in force. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them to a successor of the business. Notices to us must be sent to support@wildandev.tech.
